| Artist's Statement |
I create pieces which never existed before.
I love making a varied range of items, employing my skills and
equipment in a variety of methods to produce each unique object.
One such commission is on permanent exhibition in Magna, Rotherham's
Millennium Project, which won building of the year competition.
The natural world and the materials I use provide me with a
constant source of inspiration and I am fascinated by the harmony,
geometry, randomness, turbulence, chaos, fractals and recursive
systems found within the natural world. My synthesis of these
strands is an essential part of the construction in my work.
This then feeds my hunger to make differing objects, whether
for exhibition, sale, or commission.

| Biography |
With many years of designing and making contemporary
individual items, a diverse list of achievements continues to
expand. This year a lottery funded community sign for Eastgate
Ward Bury St. Edmunds, improvements for a shop, a club and bars
all involved a ground steel presence. I have had numerous sales
in galleries and of course at Artworks' exhibitions. I am very
pleased and satisfied, and feel rewarded with everything above,
but it's not enough. I want more and further diverse challenges.
