My work explores the fragile symbiotic relationship between man and the natural environment. I work in tune with nature to create work that is testimony to my interaction with materials, conditions, seasons, weather. I transform leaves and fibres into paper on which I print images using relief printing processes.

This year I have continued my exploration of the relationship of the visual landscape to the underlying earth through the new perspective we are given of the world by way of aerial and satellite imagery. The geometric shapes of urban areas and the marks made by man on the earth continue to fascinate me.
